Data Deletion

Under Art. 17 GDPR you have the right to request erasure of the personal data Recelia stores about you, including data from WhatsApp, SMS and chat conversations.

To do so, send an email to kontakt@recelia.app with the subject “Data deletion”. Please include:

• Your name and the phone number or email address you used to communicate with us.
• The business (salon, practice, etc.) you were in contact with, if known.

We confirm receipt and delete your data within 30 days, unless statutory retention obligations prevent it.

For messages you sent to a business (our customer), that business is the controller and Recelia is the processor. We forward your request to the responsible business without delay and support them with the deletion. You may also contact the business directly.
