How long is the minimum term, and how can I cancel?

Monthly plans can be cancelled with 7 days notice to the end of the month. Annual plans run for 12 months with 30 days notice to the end of the term. No hidden clauses, no automatic renewal without a reminder email 30 days before expiry.

Where is my customer data stored?

Accepted Answer

Exclusively on EU servers in Frankfurt am Main. Tenant isolation per customer (your data is logically and physically separated from other Recelia customers), encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR on request.

When will voice be available?

Accepted Answer

Voice is in active development. We will only commit to a date once the quality is right: an AI on the phone has to sound natural and book reliably, otherwise it hurts your business more than it helps. Business and Enterprise customers automatically get their included minutes credited from launch (300, or as agreed), without any change to the price of their existing plan.

Can I import my existing appointments?

At the start you enter upcoming appointments into the Recelia calendar once; as part of the setup service we are happy to do that for you. You then subscribe to your Recelia calendar in Apple, Google or Outlook Calendar and see all appointments in one place, as usual.

I don't have a website yet. Can I still use Recelia?

Yes. The WhatsApp channel and a simple booking link work entirely without a website. If you want a website, we also offer web design as an add-on service: a modern site with the AI receptionist built in, all from one team. Just get in touch.

Question 6

What is the €199 setup fee for?

Accepted Answer

We set your AI up for your business: service catalogue with prices and durations, staff skills, opening hours including special dates, your knowledge base (parking, directions, cancellation rules etc.) and the web widget integration into your website. You typically save two to three hours of work. The fee is waived on annual plans from Pro up.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

If you do not activate a plan, your account is paused. Your data is kept for 30 days and you can reactivate anytime. No automatic payment, no hidden credit card charge. We send you a reminder 3 days before the trial ends.

Question 8

What counts as a 'message'?

Accepted Answer

Every single customer message in a conversation. AI replies do not count. A typical booking is three to five customer messages. So with 500 messages per month on the Starter plan you handle around 100 to 160 bookings per month.

Question 9

Can I switch later?

Accepted Answer

Anytime. Upgrades are prorated (you only pay the difference for the remaining days of the billing period). Downgrades take effect from the next billing period, you do not lose any days you have already paid for.

Which languages does the AI support?

Accepted Answer

Currently Croatian, German, English and Italian, detected automatically from the customer's first sentence. For other languages the AI politely switches to English. More languages (French, Spanish, Slovenian) are planned for 2027.

What happens if I reach the voice limit?

Accepted Answer

Recelia stops voice automatically when the hard cap is reached (500 min on Pro, 1,500 min on Business) and switches to a chat/email fallback. You get a notification and can optionally buy additional minute packages or upgrade your tier. No nasty surprises on your bill.
